Every other firm hides their pricing behind a "call us" wall. We publish ours. You know exactly what you're paying before you pick up the phone.
Trusted by applicants in NY, TX, CA, FL and across the US
No pressure. Drop your name and email, and optionally tell us which tier interests you. We'll send you one email when we have a spot open that fits your situation.
Most firms leave you guessing. We give you a timeline, a checklist, and a portal to track every milestone.
Fill out our 5-minute intake form. We assess your eligibility โ ancestor's birth location, generation gap, document status โ before you spend a dollar.
Choose DIY, Guided, or Full Service. We assign you a dedicated case page where you can track progress, upload documents, and message your guide โ no phone tag required.
Your documents go to the consulate (or you apply in Italy). Follow every step through your client portal โ no guessing where your case stands.
No surprise invoices. No "call for a custom quote." Every tier is published upfront โ what you see is what you pay.
Government fees (consulate filing, court costs, apostilles) are separate and typically $800โ$1,500 depending on your case.
All ItalyGetOS fees are clearly stated above โ no hidden costs.
We built the service we wished existed when we researched our own applications.
Track your documents, next steps, and timeline from a live dashboard. Every other firm in this space still uses email. We built something better.
Our Full Service tier comes with a clear refund guarantee โ if you're permanently denied through no fault of your own, you get your money back. Read the terms, it's straightforward.
No contact forms that go nowhere. No phone trees. No "We'll call you back in 3โ5 business days." Clear pricing, instant eligibility check, direct communication.
Every tier is on our website โ $997, $2,997, $5,997. None of our competitors will show you a number without a 30-minute sales call. We think that's absurd.
The March 2025 Tajani Decree changed the rules. We track every legal development and explain exactly how it affects your application path โ no fear, just facts.
Consulate wait times in the US run 6 months to 4 years. We help qualified applicants apply directly in Italy โ Rovigo, Verona, wherever your lineage leads. Faster path.
We're in soft launch with a small cohort. Here's what early applicants told us after their first consultation.
"Finally a firm that told me exactly where I stood โ my great-grandfather naturalized before my grandfather was born, so I need the 1948 case. Most consultants I talked to either didn't know or wanted to take my money first and figure it out later. ItalyGetOS assessed my lineage in the first 10 minutes."
"I was skeptical โ every other site hides pricing behind a contact form. But seeing $997 / $2,997 / $5,997 on the page let me actually compare options. I picked Guided and didn't feel pressured once. The portal already shows my document checklist โ I know exactly what's missing."
"Three other firms told me to apply through the consulate โ no one mentioned Italy-side as an option. ItalyGetOS flagged that my ancestor was from Rovigo, ran the numbers, and showed me applying in-person would cut 2โ3 years off the timeline. That's why I'm going with Full Service."
Pilot cohort โ formal reviews coming after first applications are submitted. Quotes reflect intake conversations, not completed cases.
Our Full Service tier includes a straightforward refund if your application is permanently denied through no fault of your own. No fine print wall โ the terms are on the page next to the price. We don't do gotchas.
Can't find your answer? Start an application โ we'll address it in your onboarding call.
Most people with Italian ancestry going back to a great-grandparent are eligible โ the key criteria are: an Italian-born ancestor, unbroken transmission of citizenship through the lineage (typically the parent who passed it to you), and no naturalization before the child's birth in most cases. Law 74/2025 (March 2025) tightened rules for applications submitted after March 27, 2025 โ if your ancestor was born in Italy and you've never naturalized, you're likely still in a good position. Fill out our intake form and we'll give you a real assessment before you pay anything.
It depends on which path you take. Applying through a US consulate: 6 months to 4+ years depending on the consulate (NYC is currently the longest wait). Applying directly in Italy: typically 3โ12 months once your documents are ready and you have a scheduled appointment. We help you assess which path is faster and more feasible for your specific lineage.
DIY ($997) gives you a roadmap, templates, and a single onboarding call โ you do the legwork. Guided ($2,997) adds a dedicated case manager, document procurement support, consulate submission management, and monthly check-in calls. Full Service ($5,997) is fully turnkey โ we handle everything, including Italy-side applications and 1948 court cases, with unlimited support and a denial refund guarantee.
ItalyGetOS fees cover our service. Government costs are separate: consulate filing fees (currently โฌ300 per adult applicant), court fees for 1948 cases (approximately โฌ600 per petitioner), apostille and translation costs (varies by document count), and translation services. These typically run $800โ$1,500 total depending on your case complexity. We itemize them in your onboarding so there are no surprises.
Our Full Service tier includes a refund if your application is permanently denied through no fault of your own โ meaning we handled everything correctly and the denial was due to legal or factual circumstances outside our control (e.g., an ineligible lineage discovered mid-process). The refund applies to our service fee only; government fees paid to Italian authorities are non-refundable by them. Full terms are provided at contract signing.
